Recently printed a two-color record/cd insert for Boston band Ho-Ag. The band already had digipacks for their CD but just released the vinyl version of their album Doctor Cowboy. They needed an insert for both versions so we printed a 9×9″ sheet that would be used flat in the vinyl packaging, and folded for the CD packaging. We used two different weights of the Royal Fiber kraft paper, a 70lb text for the folded sheets, and an 80lb cover for the flat versions. The total run was 800 pieces cranked out by hand on the Vandercook SP20 – my shoulder was ready for a platen press after that!
